Shipping Related

1. When will my order be shipped? 

All orders if instocks, will be shipped within 3-5 working days of placing your order. An email will be sent to notify you when your order has been shipped. After leaving our headquarters, items will generally be delivered to you within 2 - 3 working days. For international orders, do expect a minimum 10 working days for delivery, with leeway for delays due to the current situation. 

 

2. When will my order be shipped if I bought a backorder item? 

Most backorders will be shipped in approximately 4 weeks time.  An email/text message will be sent to notify you when your order has been shipped. 

 

3. What happens if my order includes both instocks and backorders items? 

Your order will be shipped out together to you once both instock and backorder items have reached our headquarters. If you prefer to have your order shipped separately, please put a note in your order or email us to relay this. Additional charges might apply. 

 

4. How much is shipping?

For local (Malaysia) deliveries, shipping to WM is a flat rate of RM8 except for special items that will be indicated in the description. All orders above RM200 is entitled to free shipping within WM. EM shipping fee fluctuates and would be reflected automatically in the system.

For Singapore orders, shipping starts from $15 SGD for 3 kg, the price will vary depending on the amount of items bought and calculated automatically upon checkout. 

 

5. What happens if I received a faulty item or one that has been damaged during shipping?

All Nom Studio products are packaged and delivered with utmost care.

Most of the tableware have slight variation in colour and finish due to its handmade nature, as such these are not deemed as faulty products. 

As soon as you discover a fault e.g. a broken item, please email us at with your order confirmation and a photo of that tableware. We will get back to you as soon as we can. A full refund or a replacement item will be given to you. 

 

6. What if I changed my mind after placing an order? 

All orders are final and non-refundable as soon as payment is made. All of our wares are of top quality and design, you'll love your items, trust us! ;)
