Inspired by the changing of the seasons and the beauty of nature, Kaiseki is Japan's unique version of haute cuisine, born in KyotoPrefecture. The tableware used will change seasonally, such that the beauty of nature at that moment can be captured in the meal.
We hope to bring you to the first cherry blossoms in early spring through soft pink hues, to summer with our matcha green palette, to autumn where the neutral tones complement the vivid crimson red leaves, and finally to winter with our snowy white shades. Itadakimasu いただきます!
